Kristian Jaksch

Kristian is the Director of Hassett's Accounting & Finance practice, specialising in CFO, finance executive and senior leadership appointments across Melbourne.

 

Since joining Hassett at the beginning of 2018, Kristian has worked exclusively within the Accounting & Finance market, delivering appointments across almost every major industry sector. From high-growth entrepreneurial businesses and private equity-backed companies through to multinational organisations, listed businesses and not-for-profit institutions, he has partnered with organisations at every stage of their growth journey. His focus is on identifying and securing exceptional finance leaders who can drive performance, influence strategy and support long-term growth.

 

Over nearly a decade in the sector, Kristian has built an extensive network of CFOs, finance executives, commercial leaders and future leadership talent, giving his clients access to some of the market's most sought-after Accounting & Finance professionals.

Prior to recruitment, Kristian played AFL with both the GWS Giants and Carlton Football Club. The discipline, resilience and competitive drive developed through elite sport continue to influence the way he works today. He understands that success is built through preparation, consistency and a commitment to continual improvement, qualities that have helped him build lasting relationships across Melbourne's finance community.

 

Outside of work, Kristian is a proud husband and father who enjoys spending time with his family, following Carlton and maintaining his long-standing involvement with Guide Dogs Victoria, a cause that remains close to his heart. He is also a keen tennis player and an enthusiastic, if not particularly gifted, golfer.
