Rory leads the Sales, Marketing & Operations practice at The Hassett Group, bringing more than 10 years of experience partnering with privately owned, private equity-backed and ASX-listed organisations across Australia.
He believes successful executive search and recruitment extends well beyond identifying exceptional talent. Rory works closely with clients to provide broader market insight, including remuneration benchmarking, talent availability, succession planning, organisational design and advice on what high-performing commercial and operational leadership looks like in today's market.
Prior to transitioning into executive search and recruitment, Rory spent a decade in the golf industry, working as a Golf Professional at two of the world's most renowned golf courses - Royal County Down Golf Club in Northern Ireland and Kingston Heath Golf Club in Melbourne.
