They design and manufacture products such as baler twine, netwrap and crop films that support efficient harvesting, handling and storage of agricultural produce. With a strong reputation for quality and innovation, they work closely with the farming community to improve productivity and on farm outcomes.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role will see the successful candidate represent our client in a field based account management position focused on ventilating pallet wrap and packaging solutions across agriculture, horticulture and food processing. The position is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with distributors and end users, identifying new opportunities, and delivering on site product demonstrations to support growth in existing and emerging markets. It is a highly autonomous role with extensive travel, backed by a global organisation offering strong technical support, training and long term career development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage and grow relationships with distributors and end users across agriculture, horticulture and food processing
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and emerging markets
  • Conduct on site product demonstrations, technical support and troubleshooting
  • Drive sales growth through effective account planning and pipeline management
  • Launch and support new packaging and pallet wrap solutions in market
  • Travel extensively to support customers, distributors and national coverage
SKILLS & EXPERTISE
  • Proven experience in sales or account management within agriculture, packaging or a related industry
  • Strong relationship building skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels
  • Technical aptitude and confidence conducting on site product demonstrations
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities
  • High level of self motivation and discipline to work autonomously in a field based role
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer focused, solutions driven approach
