As the business continues to grow, they are seeking an Accountant to join their finance team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You’ll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records, reporting, and compliance. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety and responsibility in a collaborative environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Reconcile balance sheet and bank accounts
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions
- Prepare BAS, PAYG, and other statutory compliance
- Support external audits and liaise with auditors
- Assist with process improvements and internal controls
- Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance, or similar
- CA/CPA qualified or working towards
- 3+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reporting standards
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or similar)
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Clear communication skills and a proactive mindset
