ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a highly capable Operations Analyst to support and maintain business-critical applications across the enterprise. You’ll be the go-to for Level 2 support, application lifecycle management, and operational stability, specifically across Genesys Cloud and SharePoint Online, alongside broader Microsoft 365 platforms. This is a hands-on, technical role suited to someone passionate about operational excellence and continuous improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide Level 2 application and platform support across business systems including Genesys and SharePoint;
- Investigate and remediate security vulnerabilities in collaboration with the Security Operations Centre;
- Coordinate support activities with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders;
- Drive operational efficiency by contributing to process documentation and improvements;
- Support cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure, Genesys Cloud, and M365;
- Monitor and respond to alerts using tools like Dynatrace or Splunk;
- Deliver reporting on system performance, availability, and compliance.
- Minimum 2 -3 years of experience in Level 2 application/platform support;
- Proven experience supporting Genesys Cloud and SharePoint Online;
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and operational best practice;
- Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills;
- Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure/OCI) and monitoring tools;
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g. GitHub, Jenkins) and Agile methodologies;
- Degree in IT and relevant certifications.
