ABOUT OUR CLIENT & THE ROLE

Our client is a leading international retail business delivering innovative façade, cladding, and glazing solutions for large-scale commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects.
They are now seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeping Administrator to support the finance team across day-to-day bookkeeping and finance administration tasks. Reporting to the General Manager, this role offers variety and responsibility, managing core accounting functions while also supporting broader administrative and HR-related activities. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone looking to contribute across both financial operations and office support in a growing, international business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Oversee payroll function including reconciliations, reporting, and compliance
  • Review and maintain general ledger reconciliations and accurate financial records
  • Monitor and report on cash flow; manage weekly payments and cash tracking
  • Maintain P&L and balance sheets, and assist with year-end financial processes
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team, including document management
  • Liaise with external accountants, vendors, and financial institutions
  • Support ongoing improvements to finance systems and workflows
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure positive financial outcomes across all business units
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping and finance administration
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Greentree, MYOB) and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and organisational ability
  • Experience handling confidential financial data with discretion
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a broader team
