They’re seeking a highly capable Business Analyst to lead the RFP and discovery phase of this strategic program.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the CRM Business Analyst, you’ll take ownership of the organisation’s CRM RFP and vendor evaluation process, ensuring business needs are accurately captured and translated into clear selection criteria. You’ll lead stakeholder workshops, document requirements, and guide the transition from discovery through to implementation planning. Working closely with Procurement, ICT, and UX teams, you’ll ensure the solution design reflects both user needs and strategic objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the CRM RFP and vendor evaluation process, including requirements definition, scoring, and selection support.
- Facilitate workshops to capture business needs, map As-Is and To-Be processes, and identify functional and non-functional requirements.
- Develop clear business cases and documentation to support procurement and decision-making.
- Partner with stakeholders across technology and service delivery to ensure alignment with the broader digital roadmap.
- Support implementation readiness and planning once the vendor is selected.
- 5–7+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst across large CRM or ERP projects.
- Demonstrated RFP/RFT and vendor evaluation experience — ideally leading CRM selection or migration.
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills across all organisational levels.
- Proven ability to document, analyse, and trace functional and technical requirements.
- Understanding of CRM implementation, integrations, and data migration.
- Relevant IT, Business, or Project Management qualification.
