Our clients is a multi-awarding winning Australian food retail business with almost two decades of experience. With locations across Australia and are also looking at international expansion. They have a new requirement in their team for a strong Business Analyst with Netsuite experience.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting directly into the IT Manager, the Business Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders to manage and deliver key projects and business initiatives. The role will focus on understanding functional requirements, documenting them, and executing new changes inline with business requirements.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Undertake technical analysis and define business logic, data mapping, and success criteria;
- Capture and document functional requirements and business processes;
- Manage and configure NetSuite, providing training and change management as required;
- Ensure deployment processes are followed for software changes and monitor integrations;
- Conduct user acceptance testing and manage defects and enhancements;
- Serve as the technical SME for NetSuite, collaborating with multiple business functions.
- At least 5 years’ experience as a business analyst, with strong expertise in NetSuite administration, configuration, and integration;
- Proven experience in NetSuite functional and technical design, including SuiteScripts and SuiteAnalytics;
- Strong experience with NetSuite integrations, especially within ERP, CRM, and eCommerce environments;
- Project management experience, with a strong ability to engage multiple stakeholders;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong communication abilities.
