ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, you’ll take full ownership of the sales lifecycle — from identifying and pursuing new opportunities to closing deals and supporting client transitions. This is a growth-focused position, ideal for someone who thrives in outbound sales, consultative engagement, and relationship-led selling.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy aligned with company growth objectives
  • Generate new leads through prospecting, cold outreach, industry networking, and events
  • Manage the full sales cycle from solution design and proposal development to contract execution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including consultants, healthcare partners, and industry contacts
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Client Services) to align solutions with customer needs
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and sales forecasting data using CRM systems
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
  • Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets
  • Experience in digital health, ICT, AV, or healthcare sectors preferred
  • Strong consultative selling skills and commercial acumen
  • Ability to sell complex, integrated solutions across long sales cycles
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Highly motivated, resilient, and comfortable with outbound activity
  • Familiarity with public/private healthcare, aged care, or construction environments desirable
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred
  • Current driver's licence and Working with Children Check required
WHY YOU'LL LOVE THIS ROLE
  • High-impact role in a company driving digital transformation in healthcare
  • Supportive, cross-functional team environment
  • Full ownership of sales strategy and execution
  • Performance incentives + car allowance
  • Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and meaningful solutions
