ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a broad, business-facing Business Systems Analyst role sitting at the intersection of process, systems, and operations. You will work across the organisation to identify how things are currently done, uplift processes, and ensure systems are aligned to support consistent and efficient outcomes.
The role is not a pure BA or technical position, it’s about owning how systems actually run across the business, improving workflows, and coordinating integrations and vendors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements and understand current workflows.
- Map, document, and uplift processes and SOPs.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities across BAU processes.
- Coordinate system improvements, integrations, and enhancements
- Act as the link between the business and external vendors.
- Support day-to-day operation of business systems, including user access and issue resolution.
- Improve data quality, reporting consistency, and system utilisation.
- Ensure systems align with compliance and operational requirements.
- Experience working across multiple SaaS business systems.
- Strong process mapping and continuous improvement mindset.
- Comfortable working directly with stakeholders across the business.
- Able to translate business needs into practical system and process outcomes.
- Experience coordinating vendors or supporting system delivery.
- Solid communication skills and a hands-on approach.
- Exposure to Microsoft 365, Dynamics, MYOB, Xero, or similar.
- Experience in NDIS, healthcare, or compliance-driven environments.
- Background in Business Systems, Application Support, or Process Analysis.
