As the business continues to expand its footprint and enhance its capability, an exceptional opportunity has arisen for a commercially astute and strategically minded Chief Financial Officer to join the executive leadership team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for the financial leadership of the business, playing a key role in shaping strategy, driving commercial performance, and supporting long term growth.
As a key member of the executive team, you will lead the Finance & IT teams and will also help influence broader business initiatives including supply chain optimisation, systems and process improvement, and strategic investment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and long term planning
- Oversee statutory reporting, tax compliance, and audit processes
- Provide commercial and strategic support to the CEO and executive team
- Manage and develop a high performing finance team across accounting, FP&A, and IT
- Drive improvements in financial systems, reporting, and business processes
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for business improvement, cost optimisation, and growth
- Manage cashflow, working capital, and capital investment planning
- Partner with operational leaders across supply chain, sales, and product to deliver performance
- Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, ideally as a CFO or Finance Director
- CA/CPA qualification essential
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
- Demonstrated success in managing teams and influencing at executive level
- Experience within a wholesale, distribution, retail, or consumer products environment preferred
- Exposure to working with a multinational or private equity backed business advantageous
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative leadership style
- Hands on, pragmatic approach with a drive for continuous improvement
