They are now seeking a highly capable and commercially focused Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial function and help steer the business through continued expansion and transformation.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Reporting directly to the MD & CEO and working closely with the Board and Senior Leadership Team, the CFO will take full responsibility for financial strategy, reporting, risk management and compliance. You will oversee a high performing finance team and play a critical role in shaping the organisation’s long-term financial roadmap.
This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role suited to someone with deep expertise in ASX compliance, financial governance, and capital markets, ideally within a financial services environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, capital allocation, and cashflow management.
- Deliver timely, accurate ASX and statutory reporting in accordance with all regulatory requirements.
- Oversee budgeting, performance analysis, and financial modelling to support business growth.
- Drive cost optimisation and sustainable profitability across the group
- Collaborate with internal risk and compliance to ensure alignment with ASIC and licensing obligations.
- Lead external audit activities and ensure a strong control environment.
- Manage board reporting and shareholder communications.
- Provide commercial and strategic input to senior leadership and board committees.
- Build and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Minimum 10 years of senior finance experience, with at least 5 years in a CFO or Deputy CFO capacity.
- Experience in an ASX-listed environment with a strong understanding of continuous disclosure obligations.
- Proven background in financial services and regulatory compliance.
- Expertise in financial modelling, budgeting, and enterprise systems.
- CA or CPA qualified, with a Bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, or accounting.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to operate hands-on and influence at board level.
- Experience in capital management, investor relations, and governance frameworks.
