With continued growth ahead, they are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join the Executive Leadership Team and strengthen the finance function during this important stage of scaling.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Chief Financial Officer will take responsibility for the leadership of finance, compliance, reporting, and payroll. This is a full time permanent executive role with a focus on internal processes, systems, and team performance.
The CFO will lead the uplift of finance operations by implementing new systems, improving processes, and building dashboards that deliver clear and timely insights.
The role will be focused on establishing structure, discipline, and efficiency within the finance team to better support the business operationally. Multi site and scaling experience is critical, as the organisation continues to grow and require stronger frameworks to support its future.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and develop the finance team, setting expectations and building a high performance culture
- Drive improvements to systems, processes, and controls to lift efficiency and scalability
- Oversee all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and payroll
- Deliver accurate dashboards and management reports to the senior leadership team and board
- Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and regulatory requirements across the group
- Partner with centre and operational leaders to ensure finance is enabling growth and performance
- Provide practical, hands on leadership that balances day to day operations with future planning
- CA or CPA qualified with significant finance leadership experience
- Proven ability to scale a finance function and build frameworks that support growth
- Experience leading in a multi site, people focused environment is essential
- Strong technical accounting and financial reporting expertise
- Demonstrated success improving systems, implementing new technology, and building dashboards
- Hands on leader with excellent team management skills
