ABOUT THE ROLE
They're currently seeking a Cloud Support Engineer to join our Melbourne-based team and play a key role supporting AWS environments across multiple clients. You’ll work with a talented crew of engineers, solve meaningful problems, and learn from some of the best in the business.
This is a hands-on, client-facing support role focused on diagnosing and resolving cloud infrastructure issues, maintaining AWS environments, and improving system performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to incidents and support requests across AWS environments
- Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues and escalate when needed
- Use monitoring tools to maintain performance and uptime
- Support patching, backups, updates, and environment documentation
- Help customers get the most out of their AWS stack
- Work closely with engineers and clients to drive improvements
- 2+ years’ experience in a technical/cloud support role
- Strong hands-on AWS experience (EC2, S3, IAM, etc.)
- Comfortable with incident resolution and service desk tools
- Understanding of cloud security best practices
- Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset
- Bonus: scripting or automation skills (e.g. Python, Bash)
