KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own end-to-end delivery of the system backlog, ensuring BAU, security, risk, and stability work is planned and executed effectively.
- Plan, prioritise, and sequence work in partnership with the Technical Lead and Business Analysts, maintaining a clear and realistic backlog.
- Lead sprint planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring scope discipline and delivery accountability.
- Manage conflicting priorities between BAU delivery and business change requests, clearly communicating trade-offs and impacts.
- Drive delivery momentum, risk management, and transparency across technical and business stakeholders.
- Proven experience in a Delivery Lead, Senior Project Manager, or Agile Delivery role within a system-focused or BAU-heavy environment.
- Strong experience with backlog management, sprint-based delivery, and end-to-end execution.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders, including confidently pushing back on unplanned or high-risk requests.
- Experience leading delivery without formal authority across technical and business teams.
- Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills, with a pragmatic and outcome-focused mindset.
