KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and develop a team of engineers, building capability, clarity and performance.
- Drive consistency in engineering practices across code quality, architecture and operational readiness.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery across multiple software teams, ensuring timelines and quality are met.
- Manage planning, estimation, reporting, risk and dependency management.
- Strengthen delivery processes, standards and execution discipline.
- Partner closely with Product, Design, PMO and global engineering teams.
- Coach, mentor and support engineers through growth, performance and development pathways.
- Proven experience leading software engineering teams.
- Strong people leadership, coaching and performance management capability.
- Solid technical grounding with the ability to engage in architecture-level discussions.
- Previous technical background as a Software Engineer across either .Net, C++ or Java & AWS.
- Demonstrated ability to drive predictable delivery and uplift engineering practices.
- Experience delivering software products using Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical groups.
