ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Executive Assistant, you’ll be a central part of the Executive Office, interacting with internal leadership and key external stakeholders across the healthcare sector, government, and regulated bodies.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Executive Assistant who thrives in a dynamic, highly regulated environment such as healthcare, government, or financial services, and who enjoys supporting executive leaders in a purpose-driven setting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide professional executive support to the CEO and Director of Corporate Services, including calendar and communication management
  • Prepare high-quality documentation including reports, correspondence, presentations, agendas, and minutes
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics, papers, and minute-taking
  • Support governance, compliance, and credentialing processes
  • Ensure smooth flow of information within the Executive Office and with external stakeholders
  • Proactively improve office systems, procedures, and processes for increased efficiency
  • Support website updates and assist with corporate communications
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold high standards of professionalism at all times
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in executive support, governance, or senior administration within a regulated industry such as healthcare, government, or financial services
  • Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive information and complex priorities with discretion and sound judgement
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience with electronic diary management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong time management skills
  • Proactive and solutions-focused with a collaborative approach
  • Experience coordinating projects, meetings, and reporting in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to professional standards, confidentiality, and continuous improvement
