About the role
The Executive Assistant to the Managing Director role is a high-level support position responsible for keeping the Managing Director organised, prepared and focused across a fast-moving national franchise network. The role sits at the centre of the business, coordinating stakeholder communication, executive administration, leadership meetings, travel and key business initiatives across multiple teams and franchise partners. This position would suit a proactive and commercially aware Executive Assistant who enjoys operating in a fast-paced environment with strong exposure to senior leadership and business operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, travel and daily priorities
- Coordinate leadership meetings, agendas, minutes and follow-up actions
- Act as a key liaison between franchisees, suppliers and internal teams
- Prepare presentations, reports and business communications
- Support business projects, operational initiatives and process improvements
- Coordinate internal events, conferences and franchise engagement activities
