   About the role  
This position is ideal for an experienced Executive Assistant who enjoys operating as a true right-hand support to senior leaders while playing a broader role in the success of the business. Beyond managing priorities, schedules and communication, the role is heavily focused on keeping key initiatives moving, coordinating stakeholder engagement activities, supporting leadership meetings and contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of a growing consultancy. It offers the opportunity to become deeply embedded in the business, working closely with the Directors on everything from strategic projects and client events through to operational improvements and business growth initiatives.



Key responsibilities
  • Manage complex diaries, inboxes, meetings and executive priorities for the Directors
  • Coordinate stakeholder communication and ensure follow-up on key actions and commitments
  • Prepare board papers, meeting materials and support leadership meetings
  • Assist with business operations, reporting and administrative coordination
  • Plan and deliver client events, networking functions and industry engagements
  • Support marketing initiatives, content creation and the business's external brand presence


Skills and competencies
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
  • Proven stakeholder management capability and the ability to build trusted relationships
  • Highly proactive with strong initiative, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience coordinating projects, events and business operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Commercially aware and technically proficient across Microsoft Office and business systems platforms
