ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a rare opportunity for a highly capable Executive Assistant to support a CEO across three established and growing companies within the group. Operating as a true right-hand, you will provide high-level executive, administrative and stakeholder support while ensuring seamless coordination across multiple businesses.

The role requires discretion, initiative and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will be based in Melbourne with occasional interstate travel (SYD, WA and QLD) alongside the CEO as required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Complex calendar and inbox management across multiple entities
  • Coordinating national travel and attending meetings when required
  • Preparing documentation, presentations and board-level materials
  • Managing internal communications and stakeholder correspondence
  • Acting as a key liaison between the CEO and senior leaders, clients and partners
  • Taking meeting minutes and tracking actions to completion
  • Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Organising events, meetings and corporate catering
  • Supporting client communications and addressing enquiries professionally
SKILLS & EXPERTISE
  • Proven experience supporting a CEO or senior executive in a multi-entity or fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident stakeholder engagement skills across diverse industries
  • Ability to travel interstate when required
  • Polished presentation and ability to represent the executive office externally
  • Adaptable, proactive and solutions-focused mindset
SCREENING PROCESS

First round interviews will be conducted in person with Hassett Group, Richmond. Successful candidates will then progress to a second-round interview directly with the CEO and relevant stakeholders.
