Our client is a rapidly growing technology business operating within the healthcare sector. Following changes across the finance leadership team, they are creating a broader Finance Manager position to sit directly underneath the Head of Finance and lead the financial operations and reporting function. You will lead a team of four across financial accounting, revenue, AP and AR, while working closely with an established FP&A function.
The opportunity will suit someone who likes getting into the detail, working out what isn't working and actually fixing it. You'll have significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to build a finance function capable of supporting the next stage of the business's growth.
