Key Responsibilities
- Lead the month-end and year-end close process across the group
- Prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS
- Oversee group consolidations, intercompany accounting and balance sheet integrity
- Manage the annual external audit process and coordinate overseas audit requirements
- Ensure direct and indirect tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Prepare statutory financial statements and regulatory reporting
- Prepare lender covenant reporting and support board reporting requirements
- Review technical accounting matters including acquisitions, leases and other complex transactions
- Drive improvements across finance systems, controls and reporting processes
- Lead, mentor and develop a small finance team, including offshore staff
- Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights and support strategic decision making

You'll ideally bring:
- CA qualification
- Experience as an Audit Manager or experienced Audit Assistant Manager within a Big 4 or reputable mid-tier accounting firm
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams
- Strong technical accounting knowledge, including IFRS and statutory reporting
- Experience managing external audits and complex reporting requirements
- The confidence to build relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the business
- A proactive approach with a genuine interest in improving processes and driving positive change
- Strong Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems
