With a strong foothold in the sector and key plans for continuous growth, they require an enthusiastic, commercial and technical FP&A Analyst to join their collaborative Finance Team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, this role is ideal for a finance professional who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative settings and has a keen eye for strategic financial analysis and data-driven decision-making.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In this impactful role, you will:
- Collaborate closely with leaders across the organization, providing insights by capturing and analysing operational data to support management reporting.
- Offer financial guidance in developing strategies that drive organizational growth and align with business objectives.
- Prepare and present monthly financial results and management reports.
- Refine and manage the annual budget and quarterly forecasting processes, enhancing timeliness, accuracy, and decision-making effectiveness.
- Identify and implement process improvements within the finance function, contributing to best practices.
- Conduct cost, pricing, and performance analyses to support business planning and commercial opportunity evaluation.
- A degree in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Xero, MS Excel, and Tableau.
- The ability to lead teams and ensure robust financial processes.
- Experience in developing business cases and a solid grasp of financial statistics and accounting principles.
- A CPA or CA qualification.
