ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll be a key player in a high impact internal tech team, working closely with the Head of Technology and stakeholders across the business. You’ll lead the development of digital platforms from ERP and eCommerce to fulfilment and internal tools focusing on complex, high value projects that support global scale.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and maintain application across the business
- Collaborate with the Head of Technology and business stakeholders to scope, build, and deliver technical solutions
- Take ownership of engineering across internal platforms and customer facing systems
- Provide technical problem solving and contribute to scalable, maintainable system architecture
- Participate in code reviews and help maintain high development standards
- Support and collaboration with the offshore engineering team, ensuring alignment on quality and delivery
- Strong proficiency in across JavaScript, React.js, Node.js and NestJS, with at least 2 to 3 years of experience building scalable, production grade applications
- Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using DevOps tool
- Strong debugging, optimization, and performance tuning skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders across business functions
- Experience with AWS cloud and serverless infrastructure
- Eagerness to learn; willingness to learn new tools, frameworks, and best practices
- Melbourne based on-site model: office based with 1 day WFH per fortnight
