ABOUT THE ROLE
This is not your average General Manager role. It's a hands-on, sleeves-rolled-up role, driving operational precision and seamless execution across departments. You’ll be the engine room of the business—ensuring plans are followed, systems are humming, and every moving part stays aligned.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive execution of company strategy across all departments.
- Ensure process discipline and consistency using platforms like Monday.com and Cin7.
- Oversee end-to-end operations including supply chain, inventory, and fulfilment.
- Manage budget execution and cost control in collaboration with media and ops teams.
- Lead cross-functional coordination to ensure alignment and delivery.
- Maintain accountability, energy, and engagement across the team.
- Troubleshoot issues in real time with a solutions-first mindset.
- Embed a high-performance, detail-oriented operational culture.
- Proven success in operations, supply chain, or GM role within FMCG, retail, or beauty.
- Expert-level knowledge of Monday.com (essential) and Cin7 or similar systems is preferred.
- Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing and fulfilment.
- Sharp organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong financial acumen for budget oversight and reporting.
- Resilient, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
- Bonus points for experience in DRTV, skincare, live shopping, or eCommerce.
