ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a rare opportunity for a commercially-savvy creative leader who thrives at the intersection of brand, growth, and community. As Head of Brand & Growth, you will own the end-to-end marketing strategy—leading a talented team and overseeing everything from performance marketing and content innovation to influencer partnerships and community engagement.
You’ll be instrumental in elevating the brand, driving customer acquisition, and creating moments that inspire, engage, and convert.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute a compelling global brand strategy across digital and physical channels
- Lead full-funnel marketing, including paid acquisition, organic growth, content, and CRO
- Oversee creative campaigns, influencer partnerships, and social-first content strategies
- Build and nurture an engaged community through storytelling and brand experiences
- Design and implement loyalty, retention, and lifecycle marketing programs
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team
- Collaborate cross-functionally and manage the marketing budget with commercial accountability
- Proven success scaling a DTC or eCommerce brand
- Strong background in performance marketing, growth strategy, and content-driven campaigns
- Equally data-driven and creative, with a test-and-learn mindset
- Natural leader with strong collaboration skills and a passion for innovation
- Bonus: Experience working with fandom-driven, creator-led, or user-generated content brands
