To achieve their next stage of growth, they’re looking for a visionary Head of Brand & Growth; someone who understands both the art of brand building and the science of ecommerce, and who can lead from the front.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This isn’t just a marketing role; it’s about owning the brand and growth strategy together. You’ll work closely with the executive team to build a brand that people love and a growth engine that converts.
From loyalty frameworks and viral content, to influencer partnerships, livestream commerce, and performance marketing, you’ll blend creative energy with commercial impact. You’ll also lead a talented team across creative, content, and paid media to scale results and deepen customer love.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and lead a full-funnel growth strategy across paid, organic, retention, and conversion.
- Shape and elevate the brand through tone of voice, campaigns, activations, and storytelling.
- Design and launch community-first marketing strategies, influencers, UGC, livestreams, loyalty, and more.
- Inspire and mentor a cross-functional marketing team to drive performance and innovation.
- Interpret data to make fast, informed decisions that optimise ROI and brand health.
- Stay ahead of digital trends and apply modern marketing tactics in line with evolving consumer behaviours.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Proven success leading and scaling a DTC or lifestyle brand with a strong content/community focus.
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing channels including paid media, CRO, lifecycle marketing, and organic growth.
- Experience with creator-led marketing, UGC, influencer programs, and social-first brand building.
- A sharp eye for brand, creative execution, and customer experience.
- The ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commercial instincts and an analytical mindset.
- A passion for fandoms, pop culture, and niche brand communities is a big bonus.
