As a result of continued growth and increasing complexity, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced finance leader to join the organisation in a key leadership capacity.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Group CFO, this role will lead a finance and administration function while partnering closely with senior operational and executive stakeholders.
This is a broad leadership position combining financial control, commercial decision support and team leadership. The successful candidate will oversee reporting, forecasting, cash flow, funding, tax and governance, while providing commercial insight across investment decisions, capital allocation, strategic projects and business growth initiatives.
A key component of the mandate will be leading and developing the team, driving accountability, improving engagement and establishing finance as a trusted business partner across the organisation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and develop the finance and administration function
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and financial control
- Provide commercial analysis and decision support across investment opportunities and strategic initiatives
- Support funding, debt facilities and capital allocation decisions
- Lead financial modelling, feasibility studies and scenario analysis
- Maintain strong governance, tax, audit and compliance frameworks
- Partner with senior stakeholders to improve commercial and financial performance
- Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, reporting and automation
- CA or CPA qualified with strong senior finance leadership experience
- Strong technical capability across reporting, consolidations, forecasting and financial control
- Demonstrated commercial capability across modelling, investment analysis and strategic decision support
- Experience operating within complex, multi-entity or asset-intensive environments
- Proven people leader capable of building alignment, accountability and confidence within teams
- Strong communicator with the confidence and credibility to influence senior stakeholders
- Commercial, pragmatic and comfortable operating within a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
- Genuine Head of Finance mandate with significant leadership responsibility
