ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the General Manager and leading a high‑calibre team, the Head of Marketing will set and execute the commercial marketing strategy that fuels revenue, lifts brand equity and deepens customer loyalty. You’ll own everything from go‑to‑market planning and digital campaigns to trade partnerships and product launches, working cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, Operations and Finance to deliver measurable impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Craft and deliver an integrated marketing strategy that drives market share and sales growth across domestic and international channels.
  • Champion brand development, content marketing, PR and sponsorships to strengthen market leadership and brand advocacy.
  • Identify product and market expansion opportunities through data‑driven insights and competitive analysis.
  • Plan and execute standout launches for new products, ensuring seamless go‑to‑market execution.
  • Build powerful relationships with distributors, retailers and end‑users; implement loyalty and engagement programs that boost repeat business.
  • Leverage CRM, automation and analytics to refine segmentation, campaign performance and ROI.
  • Inspire, mentor and develop a collaborative, high‑performing marketing team and culture.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Significant senior marketing leadership experience within automotive, FMCG, industrial or manufacturing sectors.
  • Proven record of designing and delivering commercial growth strategies that scale revenue and brand presence.
  • Deep expertise across brand management, digital marketing, trade marketing and customer engagement.
  • Have a data‑savvy mindset and be comfortable turning market research and analytics into actionable plans.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Inspirational people leader who cultivates creativity, accountability and continuous improvement.
