The business is growing quickly off the back of strong client relationships, technical depth, and a commitment to exceptional delivery. They’re now recruiting a Head of Professional Services/Delivery to lead their project and consulting practice.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This individual will own the delivery of all project, consulting, and transformation work across the business. This role suits a technically strong leader who loves engaging directly with customers understanding their environment, explaining the “why,” shaping roadmaps, and ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard. You’ll lead a growing PS function, uplift delivery maturity, and play a hands-on role in solution design, planning, and execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Professional Services Leadership
- Lead and manage the Professional Services team across cloud, workplace, networking, and security
- Build a high-performance culture focused on delivery excellence and customer outcomes
- Manage resourcing, recruitment, utilisation, and capability development
- Own the end-to-end delivery of projects and consulting engagements
- Translate strategies into clear, actionable project plans
- Ensure delivery frameworks, quality standards, and timelines are consistently met
- Support presales with solution design, scoping, resourcing, and estimation
- Act as a senior technical leader in customer conversations
- Build strong relationships and guide customers through best-practice modernisation
- Support BD with presentations, proposals, and solution blueprints
- Strengthen vendor partnerships to expand capability and solution options
- Strong leadership experience in Professional Services / consulting within an MSP
- Deep technical capability across cloud, modern workplace, and security
- Strong experience with Microsoft Modern Workplace, Azure and Security
- Strong commercial understanding of utilisation, project profitability, and scoping
- Ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Highly structured, organised, and delivery-driven
- Comfortable being hands-on with clients, teams, and vendors
- Relevant IT Degree and certifications.
