Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely within Leadership Team, this role will shape the organisation’s technology direction, enterprise systems roadmap and future digital capability.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Head of Technology & Digital Transformation will lead a whole-of-business initiative to modernise and integrate enterprise platforms across customer experience, operations and corporate systems. This role combines strategy, architecture leadership and delivery oversight. Coupled with you will lead small and dynamic team, hence you will be help to be hand on when required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Defining and executing the organisation’s technology transformation roadmap.
- Integrating enterprise platforms across customer apps, CRM, POS, ERP and workforce systems.
- Strengthening enterprise architecture and platform scalability.
- Leading cyber security, governance and data strategy frameworks.
- Identifying opportunities for automation and AI-enabled efficiency improvements.
- Partnering with operational leaders to enhance customer experience through digital platforms.
- Managing strategic delivery partners and vendor relationships.
- Building internal capability across technology and digital operations.
- Advising executives on technology investment priorities and emerging opportunities.
- Demonstrated experience leading organisation-wide technology or digital transformation programs across complex, multi-platform environments.
- Strong understanding of enterprise systems architecture and integration across platforms such as customer transaction platforms, CRM, POS, ERP and workforce systems.
- Proven ability to develop and execute technology strategy aligned with business growth, operational efficiency and customer experience outcomes.
- Experience managing vendor ecosystems, delivery partners and technology investment to deliver measurable commercial results.
- Executive-level stakeholder engagement capability with experience influencing cross-functional leaders in multi-site or service-based organisations.
