About the role

Our client is a growing private credit fund seeking a strategically minded Investor Relations professional to take ownership of investor engagement, capital raising support, and market development initiatives. The role will focus on identifying and nurturing new investor relationships, managing the investor pipeline, coordinating investor communications and presentations, and helping drive Mosaic’s broader growth strategy across new and existing markets. Working closely with senior leadership in a highly relationship-driven environment, the position will play a key role in strengthening investor networks, maintaining engagement activity, and supporting long-term capital formation outcomes.

    Key responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new investor and market opportunities to support capital growth initiatives
  • Build, nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective investors
  • Manage the investor pipeline, engagement activity, and follow-up process through the CRM
  • Coordinate and deliver investor presentations, pitch materials, and investment updates
  • Support investor meetings, networking events and broader stakeholder engagement activities
  • Work closely with senior leadership to execute investor relations strategies and enhance market presence

Skills and competencies
  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build trust with investors and senior executives
  • Commercially and strategically minded with the ability to identify new markets and growth opportunities
  • Highly organised with strong pipeline management, follow-up discipline, and attention to detail
  • Confident communication and presentation skills across investor-facing and executive interactions
  • Experience preparing investor materials, pitch decks, and professional business communications
  • Proactive and self-driven with the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
