ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a hands-on IT Manager role with real ownership. You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end IT environment, combining operational accountability with hands-on involvement across SaaS platforms, integrations, and technical problem-solving.
You’ll work closely with the business to ensure systems are reliable today while continuously improving how technology supports service delivery and growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and manage the organisation’s IT environment end to end
- Be hands-on with SaaS-based systems, integrations, and technical issues
- Oversee and support API-based integrations between platforms
- Ensure systems are stable, secure, and fit for purpose
- Drive continuous improvement across platforms, processes, and ways of working
- Manage and challenge vendors and external service providers
- Partner with the business to align technology with operational needs
- Experience as an IT Manager or senior hands-on IT lead
- Strong experience working in SaaS-based environments
- Solid understanding of system integrations and APIs
- Comfortable rolling up sleeves when needed, not just overseeing
- Experience improving environments in a growing services business
- Practical, accountable, and commercially aware
