ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the CFO, the ICT Manager will lead the governance, coordination, and continuous improvement of the organisation’s technology environment.
Operating through a matrix model, the role works closely with MSPs, SaaS vendors, project teams, and business stakeholders to ensure technology services are secure, reliable, and aligned to operational needs. A key focus of the role is improving vendor engagement, strengthening ICT governance, and driving more structured and collaborative ways of working across the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead ICT operations across MSPs, SaaS vendors, and business stakeholders
- Manage vendor performance, SLAs, escalations, and service delivery
- Drive ICT governance, standards, and structured ways of working
- Maintain the ICT roadmap aligned to business priorities
- Oversee cyber security, identity management, and data protection practices
- Support SaaS platforms, integrations, upgrades, and system lifecycle activities
- Partner closely with operational leaders to improve system engagement and effectiveness
- Coordinate ICT projects, reporting, and cross-functional initiatives
- Provide technology advice and recommendations to senior leadership
- Promote practical, user-friendly digital practices across the organisation
- Experience in an ICT Manager or Technology leadership role
- Strong MSP, SaaS, and vendor management experience
- Experience working within a matrix or outsourced ICT environment
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Exposure to ICT governance, cyber security, and service delivery frameworks
- Experience supporting enterprise systems and SaaS platforms
- Ability to drive accountability and outcomes across vendors and stakeholders
- Strong organisational, coordination, and problem-solving capability
- Experience within education, healthcare, community, or regulated environments highly regarded
