 ABOUT THE ROLE 
As Marketing Lead, you will oversee all brand, marketing, and digital initiatives. In this key role, you’ll shape marketing strategy, guide creative direction, and ensure seamless execution across all channels. You’ll lead a talented in-house team covering marketing, design, and e-commerce and you will drive collaboration, creativity, and performance.
 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
- Develop and deliver marketing strategies that cut through and drive results
- Champion brand consistency and creative innovation across all channels
- Lead and inspire a small, multidisciplinary marketing team
- Oversee digital campaigns, content, and e-commerce initiatives
- Track performance, identify opportunities, and turn insights into action
- At least 5 years in brand, marketing, or digital leadership
- A strong mix of strategic thinking and creative flair
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, content, and e-commerce
- Confident leading projects, people, and priorities with ease
- Collaborative mindset and exceptional communication skills
