ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded, brand-led Marketing Manager to own and shape the global marketing strategy. You will be responsible for building a world-class brand, developing compelling campaigns, and driving awareness and reputation in key international markets.

This is a strategic generalist role, ideal for someone who is equally passionate about brand building and commercial outcomes and ready to grow into a marketing leadership position as the business scales. Reporting to the executive team, you will lead the marketing function and manage a range of external agencies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the global brand and marketing strategy across Australia, North America, and Europe.
  • Define brand positioning, messaging, and voice across all customer and market touchpoints.
  • Manage and direct creative, content, digital, and PR agencies to deliver strategic and consistent outputs.
  • Develop and oversee impactful brand campaigns that build awareness and credibility.
  • Oversee the creation of content such as whitepapers, case studies, customer stories, and executive thought leadership.
  • Support reputation-building efforts including awards, speaking engagements, and media coverage.
  • Own and continuously enhance the company’s website and digital presence.
  • Measure brand and campaign performance, connecting marketing efforts to business outcomes.
  • Prepare for future growth by shaping the marketing team’s structure and capabilities.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • 5+ years in B2B marketing, with a focus on brand strategy and positioning.
  • Experience in professional services, outsourcing, recruitment, or consulting is highly desirable.
  • Proven success managing external agencies and producing high-quality, brand-aligned content.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience working with executive leadership.
  • Commercially savvy with an understanding of how brand impacts sales and business performance.
  • Confident, strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset and appetite for leadership.
  • Bonus if you have experience in offshore talent or building marketing teams in high-growth businesses.
