ABOUT THE ROLE
As National Sales Manager, you will own the sales revenue and customer relationships across Australia, spanning both dealer and direct channels. Reporting to the ANZ Director, you will lead a high-performing and diverse team while driving business growth through strategic planning, market insights, and customer excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve national growth targets.
- Manage and grow customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse national sales team.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and identify growth opportunities.
- Partner with finance to develop and manage commercial leasing solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, and Technical teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders.
- Oversee team performance, ensuring alignment with company values and objectives.
- Minimum 10 years’ proven experience in a senior sales management role across wholesale and direct distribution.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience leading large, diverse sales teams.
- Track record of driving national sales growth across a broad product portfolio.
- Commercially astute with strong financial and strategic acumen.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Current driver’s licence and passport is essential as travel is required.
