THE ROLE

You will conduct pre-employment medicals and occupational health assessments for employees and candidates across a range of industries.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting pre-employment health assessments
  • Drug and alcohol screening
  • Spirometry and audiometry
  • ECG testing
  • Functional capacity assessments
  • Completing assessments in line with client and clinical requirements
  • Reviewing documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Following up medical information and GP correspondence where required
  • Maintaining accurate, confidential and compliant patient records
  • Preparing equipment and ensuring assessment rooms are fully stocked
  • Building positive relationships with patients, clinicians and corporate clients
  • Supporting general clinic operations and administration
ABOUT YOU

We would love to hear from you if you are a:
  • Registered Nurse
  • Physiotherapist
  • Accredited Exercise Physiologist; or
  • Exercise Scientist with relevant assessment experience
YOU WILL ALSO BRING:
  • Current AHPRA registration where applicable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Sound assessment and clinical documentation skills
  • The ability to manage appointments efficiently and independently
  • A professional, warm and patient-focused approach
  • Previous experience in occupational health, general practice, primary healthcare or clinical assessments is advantageous, but not essential
