About the role
 
The Paid Media Manager will be responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and optimisation of all paid media activities across our client’s marketplaces, managing a significant ad budget and driving continuous performance improvements. This role will balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution, collaborating across teams to enhance growth and deliver measurable marketing outcomes.


Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a high-impact paid media strategy across multiple channels, aligning with our client’s growth objectives.
  • Manage and optimise an 8-figure ad budget, ensuring efficient allocation, forecasting, and ROI improvements.
  • Lead campaign optimisation through rigorous A/B testing, full-funnel tracking, and data-driven performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, content, lifecycle marketing, product) to ensure cross-channel marketing integration and landing page alignment.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing paid media team while exploring new channels, technologies, and innovation opportunities.


Skills and expertise 
  • Extensive experience managing large-scale paid media budgets ($10M+) across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in data-driven optimisation, forecasting, attribution modelling, and performance tracking tools like Google Analytics and Tableau.
  • Proven leadership capabilities, including mentoring and developing high-performing teams within a cross-functional marketing environment.
  • Deep understanding of cross-channel marketing strategies, customer journey mapping, and collaboration with SEO, CRM, content, and product teams.
  • Innovative mindset with a willingness to explore emerging paid media opportunities, AI-driven automation tools, and CRO best practices.
