ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimise multi-channel campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more. This role will focus on driving lead generation, improving ROI, and scaling performance through data-driven strategy, A/B testing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and optimise paid search, social, display, and retargeting campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust bidding strategies to meet CPA, ROAS, and lead targets
  • Execute A/B testing on ad copy, creative, and audience targeting
  • Track budgets and pacing to ensure spend aligns with forecasts
  • Collaborate with SEO, content, and product teams to align campaign messaging and performance
  • Support testing of new platforms, tools, and strategies to drive continuous improvement
SKILLS & EXPERTISE
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in paid media or digital marketing roles
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Microsoft Ads
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and data visualisation tools like Power BI or Tableau
  • Confident in interpreting campaign data and making performance-driven optimisations
  • Skilled in A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid strategy adjustments
  • Collaborative, proactive, and results-focused with a strong understanding of paid media best practices
