ABOUT THE ROLE
This newly created role is more than just office admin – it’s about being the heart of the workplace experience. Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, you’ll play a hands-on role in driving engagement, wellbeing, and team connection while ensuring the smooth running of the office.
As a trusted go-to person, you’ll support culture-building initiatives, be the welcoming face of the office, and provide a warm and efficient guest experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support People & Culture initiatives, reporting, and compliance
- Coordinate wellbeing programs and team engagement activities
- Assist with internal events and culture-building initiatives
- Act as a point of contact for staff wellbeing support
- Manage day-to-day office operations and facilities
- Maintain office supplies and ensure communal spaces are inviting
- Provide a warm, professional guest experience and manage reception duties
- Assist with administrative tasks and onboarding of service providers
We are looking for someone who is:
- Warm, energetic, and people-oriented
- Organised, detail-focused, and proactive
- Naturally hospitable with strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experienced in an office support or admin role (HR or office management experience a bonus)
