ABOUT THE ROLE
This role will see you working closely with a senior leader to provide end-to-end support across business operations, personal organisation, and household logistics. It’s a role for someone who enjoys being central to coordination, problem-solving, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage complex diaries, meetings, and travel logistics
- Provide administrative and operational support across the business
- Coordinate projects, events, and external stakeholders
- Oversee household tasks and personal scheduling to align with business priorities
- Anticipate needs, resolve issues early, and keep everything on track
- Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar
- Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
- Discreet, adaptable, and dependable
- A proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-moving environment
