ABOUT THE ROLE

This role will see you working closely with a senior leader to provide end-to-end support across business operations, personal organisation, and household logistics. It’s a role for someone who enjoys being central to coordination, problem-solving, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage complex diaries, meetings, and travel logistics
  • Provide administrative and operational support across the business
  • Coordinate projects, events, and external stakeholders
  • Oversee household tasks and personal scheduling to align with business priorities
  • Anticipate needs, resolve issues early, and keep everything on track
SKILLS & EXPERTISE
  • Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar
  • Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
  • Discreet, adaptable, and dependable
  • A proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-moving environment
