ABOUT THE ROLE
As Project Manager you will lead the delivery of high-volume infrastructure programs across VIC, SE QLD, and TAS. You’ll oversee projects from planning through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard, while actively engaging teams and managing stakeholders across multiple sites..
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee planning and delivery of multiple concurrent infrastructure projects.
- Manage scheduling, resourcing, and budgets to achieve high-volume targets (~500 jobs/week).
- Lead and mentor field teams, promoting safety, engagement, and operational excellence.
- Maintain strong client, contractor, and internal stakeholder relationships.
- Drive continuous improvement, process efficiencies, and compliance across projects.
- Monitor KPIs, report on progress, and contribute to strategic initiatives.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in telecommunications, construction, or civil infrastructure project management.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume, multi-site field operations.
- Strong knowledge of NBN, Opticomm, and network construction standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Financial and commercial acumen with multi-million-dollar budget management experience.
- Proficient in project scheduling, reporting, and compliance systems.
- Current driver’s licence and flexibility to travel interstate.
