ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the Directors, this role will lead the group's capital strategy across acquisitions, development funding and portfolio growth. You'll be responsible for identifying and securing funding opportunities, managing key banking and investor relationships, and providing commercial advice to support investment decisions. This is a strategic leadership position offering broad exposure across the full property investment lifecycle and the opportunity to influence the continued growth of the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead capital raising across development projects.
- Structure project finance and funding solutions.
- Drive property acquisitions and divestments.
- Manage banking, investor and lender relationships.
- Prepare development feasibilities and commercial analysis.
- Provide strategic capital advice to the Directors.
- Strong understanding of property development finance and capital structuring.
- Proven experience securing funding across development and investment projects.
- Established relationships across banks, private credit and institutional capital.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to assess investment opportunities.
