ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a pivotal support role within a dynamic sales function. Working closely with Account Managers and cross-functional teams, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth coordination of projects from initial quote through to delivery and post-sale follow-up.
You'll be someone who thrives on structure, accuracy and momentum — juggling multiple priorities while keeping clients informed and internal teams aligned. If you enjoy being the steady engine room behind a high-performing sales team, this could be the perfect fit.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare quotes, proposals and supporting documentation in collaboration with the sales team
- Process and manage customer orders within internal systems
- Track order progress, production schedules and delivery timelines
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer updates and enquiries
- Coordinate closely with design, production, logistics and finance teams
- Assist with invoicing processes and post-sale support
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across systems
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the customer experience
- Previous experience in a sales support, coordination or administrative role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Confident communicator with a professional and proactive approach
- Comfortable working with ERP or business management systems
- Proficiency across Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment
