ABOUT THE ROLE
This role involves working closely with clients, families and healthcare professionals to assess needs and deliver tailored assistive technology solutions that improve mobility and independence. The position combines technical consulting, relationship building and sales responsibility, including product demonstrations, quoting and ongoing client support. They are looking for someone empathetic, organised and commercially driven, with strong communication skills and an interest in helping people achieve better life outcomes through technology.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Consult with clients, families and therapists to assess assistive technology needs.
- Conduct on site demonstrations and provide tailored equipment solutions.
- Manage quoting, sales processes and follow up to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Provide technical guidance, training and ongoing client support.
- Maintain accurate documentation, compliance records and reporting.
- Identify new opportunities while supporting broader sales and client engagement activities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an empathetic approach to working with people with disabilities.
- Technical understanding of assistive technology, biomechanics or related equipment.
- Excellent communication and relationship building capability.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage administration and travel.
- Commercial awareness with a proactive approach to sales and client solutions.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining compliance and professional standards.
