 ABOUT THE ROLE 
 
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve enrolment targets and KPIs.
 - Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members.
 - Oversee daily operations, including huddles, goal tracking, and performance monitoring.
 - Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure lead quality and process alignment.
 - Build and maintain strong relationships with education provider partners.
 - Recruit, onboard, and develop sales staff while fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
 
- Proven experience in sales leadership within B2B or B2C environments.
 - Strong people management skills, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
 - Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
 - Experience with recruitment, onboarding, and team development.
 - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
 - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
