ABOUT THE ROLE
 

Our client is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and develop their sales team on a 12-month maternity leave contract. The role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, coaching and mentoring advisors, driving performance against sales targets, and maintaining strong relationships with education providers. It requires a proven people leader with experience in achieving sales outcomes, managing performance, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve enrolment targets and KPIs.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Oversee daily operations, including huddles, goal tracking, and performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure lead quality and process alignment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with education provider partners.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop sales staff while fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Proven experience in sales leadership within B2B or B2C environments.
  • Strong people management skills, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
  • Experience with recruitment, onboarding, and team development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
