This position offers the chance to lead administrative functions, manage day-to-day accounts, and contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the organisation.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This varied and rewarding position combines administration, accounts, and team leadership duties to ensure the smooth running of the business’s national operations. You’ll work closely with the Executive and Senior Management teams while overseeing daily office functions, financial accuracy, and administration workflows.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide high-level administrative support, including diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Lead and support a small team of administrators, including delegation and task management.
  • Oversee daily financial tasks: accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, debtor management, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing (Xero).
