Our client, a long-established and highly regarded name in the Australian automotive industry, is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support their national operations. Reporting directly to the GM of People & Culture, this role offers the opportunity to contribute at a strategic level while remaining hands-on and closely connected to the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide strategic and operational HR support to leaders across the business
- Partner with the GM of People & Culture on key initiatives including workforce planning, talent development, and organisational change
- Lead and support employee engagement, performance management, and compliance processes
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, supporting a positive, high-performance culture
