ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a hands-on Senior Project Manager role leading the end-to-end delivery of a new HRIS, Workforce Management and Payroll platform.
You will act as the day-to-day delivery lead in a fast-growth environment with limited internal IT capability, managing vendors, working through process and data decisions, and partnering closely with People & Culture, Payroll, Finance and Operations.
You’ll own delivery from mobilisation to go-live and BAU transition, while protecting payroll continuity. This role suits a Senior PM who likes being in the detail and owning outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead end-to-end delivery of the HRIS, WFM and Payroll implementation.
- Act as the hands-on delivery lead, driving day-to-day execution.
- Manage vendors and implementation partners across design, build, testing and deployment.
- Partner closely with People & Culture, Payroll, Finance and Operations on solution decisions.
- Lead data migration, SIT, UAT and parallel pay runs.
- Plan and execute cutover, go-live and hypercare.
- Ensure payroll continuity and compliance throughout delivery.
- Transition the solution into BAU with clear documentation and support processes.
- Proven delivery of an end-to-end HRIS, WFM and/or Payroll implementation.
- Experience delivering in multi-site, operationally complex environments.
- Strong vendor and implementation partner management capability.
- Solid understanding of payroll and workforce compliance concepts.
- Experience leading data migration and enterprise testing cycles.
- Comfortable working hands-on in the detail, not just governance.
- Able to partner effectively with operational and frontline teams.
